Shad Parker

As Director of Internal Operations at CO/STUDIOS, Shad Parker partners with founders and early-stage companies across entertainment, food & beverage, and healthcare. He has collaborated with clients and brands including Andre 3000, Harvest, WYNK, and Pipeline Health. At CO/STUDIOS, Shad builds the internal systems that let ventures operate from day one — IT infrastructure, shipping and fulfillment, process design, and the operational backbone that truly makes a business efficient and successful. In addition to his work at CO/STUDIOS, Shad oversees operations and product fulfillment for Woo Skincare, managing packaging, distribution, and e-commerce for the skincare brand developed in partnership with Dr. Woo. Previously, Shad spent a decade at Walton/Isaacson, where he supported executive leadership and led office operations. He began his career in the agency world, managing marketing and experiential campaigns for global consumer brands such as Diageo, Kellogg's, Altria and International Motors. Shad holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Ohio University.
